What is Compelled by Love?

Compelled is an annual gathering of Lancaster County pastors and their leadership teams that aims to equip and inspire congregations in loving their neighbors and in turn bring greater kingdom impact in our communities. Short talks from the main stage are followed by small group discussions where we process together and learn from one another.

This Year’s Theme – Loneliness & the power of Community. Loneliness is an epidemic we face even in our congregations. But what is the antidote? How might we, together, begin to address loneliness in our congregations and towns?

Senior Development Ambassador | Hope International

Phil serves as senior development ambassador at HOPE International, and prior to this led HOPE’s global savings group operations. Prior to joining HOPE, Phil served as an executive pastor, corporate executive, and in senior leadership with World Relief, and has served on many boards over the years. Phil and his wife, Becca, have lived in the United Kingdom, Canada, and Rwanda, and currently reside in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. They have two sons, a daughter, daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren.
