“I think I love almost everything about Water Street. I always say I love the mission at the mission. I love doing it here at Water Street, for personal reasons also because the Water Street Mission saved me, personally. I came through here, and I experienced the restoration, being restored here at Water Street. So that I get to do the same thing, is my favorite thing about Water Street.”

“What I enjoy most about my job is the ability to work with God likeminded individuals. They are so amazing. They are encouraging, they are uplifting. In a moment of need I can call my team and say ‘hey I’m struggling, and be transparent to cry, and they cry with, to pray and they pray with me. And so they’re the ones that each and every day, when things are perfect, it doesn’t have to be.”

“I think one of the things that stands out the most about what Water Street does is they really supply all the needs, true needs, that our guests really have. From shelter, clothing, miscellaneous, toiletry items, they have a great way of loving our guests, and supplying their needs.”
