Thank you for considering a donation to Water Street Health Services! The items you donate will be reviewed by medical or dental staff. If we are unable to keep them we will do one of the following:
If items are accepted, we will mail you a Gift-In-Kind Appreciation Form for items we were able to keep within a month of receipt. You’ll be able to use this for tax purposes.
Please note Water Street Health Services does not accept expired, opened, or damaged items as we can’t use them for our patients.
