Liaison

Come join our team as a liaison! A liaison is a human service professional who is gifted in hospitality. This front-facing position is the first experience a guest has with our staff and organization. They will work with a guest from the time they arrive through their first week of Stabilization in Shelter. Their main goals are to show the love of Christ, provide a safe relationship to begin addressing trauma, and foster a healing environment that will assist the guest in further engagement with WSM services. The ideal candidate will have worked in the field with clients who have suffered from addictions or mental health issues. They will be familiar with the devastating effects of trauma and understand strategies to minimize trauma in the guest intake and assessment process. Human Resources Coordinator

Water Street Mission is seeking a candidate who desires to use their education or experience in human resources to serve the staff and Mission where lives are transformed through the gospel of Jesus Christ. If you are a person of faith connected to a local church and want to serve in full-time capacity, consider the role of Human Resources Coordinator reporting to the Vice-President of Finance and Operations. In this position you will serve the Mission and the staff by executing the various functions necessary, including all legal and regulatory compliance. This opportunity needs strong customer focus and requires a desire to seek excellence of execution and standards of best practice. This role will be mentored and supervised in house, and will also be partnering with an outside HR consultant for daily best practice support and for strategic development. Are you passionate about serving in an urban ministry that ministers to women, men and children experiencing homelessness? Water Street Mission has two openings for a female Life Coach during the day shift and during the evening shift. Life Coaches work with our guests to support them through the process of working on their action plans. These positions are full-time and require weekends and some holidays. Director of Outreach Ministries

Are you a ministry minded individual with a passion to serve the urban community of Lancaster County through distribution of resources and sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ? Water Street Mission has a position opening for a Director of Outreach Ministries to oversee the logistics of receiving and processing donated products, connecting with partner agencies, and distribution of items to clients in need. Pre-Kindergarten Teacher at Wonder Club

Wonder Club Early Learning Center is an early learning environment for children in families that cannot afford traditional Pre-K and Kindergarten classes. Daily classes promote language and number readiness skills, crafts, music, large and small motor development skills and social skills. The Pre-K teacher will teach a full-day class of students, develop curriculum and create a safe, exciting learning environment for children. Part-time Access Center Administrative Assistant
