Wonder Academy in Lancaster is a private, Christian school for pre-k and kindergarten students offering affordable pre-school programs. We invest in early childhood education to give kids the best start in life. 

High-quality, affordable pre-school programs

We primarily serve lower-income families by providing them affordable, high-quality Christian education. Our families receive scholarships based on their total household income. Wonder Academy is a ministry by Water Street Mission and our affordable pre-school programs and the scholarships we offer are made possible by partnerships with donors and many generous businesses that give through EITC or SPE gifts.

Three full-day programs 

At Wonder Academy in Lancaster, we offer three different full-day programs running Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. 

We have a K3 program for our three and four year old students, and we have a K4 program for our four and five year old students. We also have a kindergarten program. To enroll in our kindergarten program, students must turn five by September 1st of the current school year. A strong foundation 

Wonder Academy in Lancaster is focused on offering a strong educational and spiritual foundation to inspire love of God, learning, and people. All our students receive personalized attention in a small classroom setting, and throughout the school year we cover number readiness training, basic language skills, motor development exercises, music and craft creation opportunities, daily bible lessons and biblical application in all subject areas, and more.
